bagel sammie stacked with vegan lunch meat + fresh veggies

INGREDIENTS
- BAGELS: 2, we used a multi-grain everything!
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 1 tub, The Original or The Smoked :D
- DELI MEAT: 8 slices, we used vegan!
- TOMATO: 1, medium, cut into 1/4” slices
- RED ONION: 6-8, thinly sliced
- AVOCADO: 1/2, sliced
- CHEESE: 2 slices, vegan (optional)
- LETTUCE: 2-4 leaves, we used romaine!
DO ITTT
- TOAST bagel.
- SPREAD Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese thickly (the cheesier the better!) onto the bottom half of the bagel.
- ADD all your yummy toppings!
- TOP with the other half of the bagel & cut in half.
