- COOK rigatoni according to package instructions
- HEAT the oil then add the garlic and saute for 1-2 mins
- ADD the pumpkin puree and Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese The Herb (or The Original ) and whisk until seamlessly combined
- WHISK and slowly add the water until desired thickness is reached
- STIR in the pasta and cook until warmed through
- REMOVE from heat, top with the herbs and red pepper flakes and enjoy!
