Scrambled Eggs - Pepita Egg

simply put, taste like eggs, but better!

INGREDIENTS

Spero Pepita Egg: 1/2 bottle (one serving)

OIL: avocado oil is our favorite

SALT: to taste

PEPPER: to taste

Veggies: fresh baby spinach (optional)


DO ITTT

  1. TURN the stovetop on to low heat (4/10) and put oil on the nonstick pan.
  2. SHAKE it well, then pour  
  3. WAIT until edges are firm and change color  
  4. WAIT 5-7 minutes before scrambling
  5. SCRAMBLE for 20 seconds
  6. ADD salt & pepper
  7. ENJOY!
