Avo Egg

The trend that stole our hearts for breakfast on IG: egg stuffed avocados. Now, you can make it with Scramblit. #LIT

  • Scramblit

  • 1 Ripe Avocado

  • 1 Slice of your favorite bread

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Heat the oven to 425F.

Cut your avocado in half. Remove the seed. Slice a thin section off of the rounded back so it will lay flat on a baking sheet.

Place avocados, hole-side-up, on greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Shake Scramblit well and pour into the avocado holes, to the brim.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top of Scramblit is firm and golden in color.

Cool for 10-15 minutes.

Slice and place on toast. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
