½ cup of Spero Scramblit
1 cup rice
½ cup corn kernels (frozen works great!)
½ cup green beans (frozen works great!)
½ cup peas (frozen works great!)
1 large carrot
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon oil (optional)
Pepper or Siracha to taste
Cook rice according to package instructions. Once done, let cool.
In a non stick pan, saute minced onion and mince garlic until translucent.
Add cooked rice to pan and allow to gently crispen.
Add minced carrot, corn, green beans, and peas to pan and let fry at low to medium heat.
Add soy sauce or tamari and let all ingredients equally soak up flavor.

Add finished egg into rest of fried rice and heat at low to ensure the fried rice is at desired temperature.
Top off with pepper or siracha if spicy is desired!
